Since the advent of humans learning to take out pulp and juice out of fruits and vegetables, juice is considered as one of the healthiest drinks. But with increase in adulteration and exploitation of preservatives it can’t be considered as an healthy option unless and until you are making it yourself. Most packaged juices are full of preservatives and high sugar content making it unhealthy thus failing the purpose.
So what to do? Well the answer is simple – Do it yourself. Follow the great coffee rule of from bean to cup and make it yourself from raw fruit/vegetable to glass. Now you would ask which one to buy and how to decide?
