Vivo S1

Vivo today announced its fist S series smartphone here in India with the launch of Vivo S1. The company had previously announced its brand association for the series starring, Bollywood star, Sara Ali Khan. The Vivo S1 features an In-display camera, Triple rear camera, 32MP selfie shooter, massive battery with fast charging and much more.

The Vivo S1 flaunts a 6.3-inch(2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 Halo FullView Super AMOLED display, it is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P65 processor, Arm Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. The Vivo S1 comes in three variants – 4+128GB, 6+64GB, and 8+128GB with a dedicated microSD card slot that supports up to 256GB. The device is running on Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0 Pie and is packed with a massive 4500mAH battery with 18W fast charging via a micro USB port.

Over to the optics, the S1 comes with a 16MP(f/1.78, Sony IMX 499)+8MP(120-degree)+2MP(f/2.4) triple rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 32MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. The device sports an In-display fingerprint scanner and the device also come with a 3.5mm audio jack. Other features of the device include – Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS.

  • 4+128GB is priced at INR 17,990, will be available from tomorrow.
  • 6+64GB is priced at INR 18,990, will be available later.
