Lenovo A5 with 5.45-inch HD+ 18:9 display, 4000mAH battery launched starting at INR 5,999

Along with the launch of the Lenovo k9, the company today also unveiled another budget smartphone called the Lenovo A5. The Lenovo A5 comes with a massive battery, 18:9 display, Android 8.1 Oreo and starts at INR 5,999 for the base variant. It also comes with a rear fingerprint scanner along with face unlock.

The Lenovo A5 is packed with a 5.45-inch (1440 × 720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display, it is powered by a
GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor, IMG 8XE 1PPC GPU. It comes in two variants- 2GB RAM and 16GB storage and 3GB RAM and 32GB storage with microSD card support up to 128GB. The Lenovo A5 is running on Android 8.1 Oreo and is packed with a massive 4000mAH battery. In the camera department, the A5 comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. The fingerprint sensor is located at the rear. Other featured are Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, OTG support, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and OTG support.
