Sony today has announced their latest Flagship smartphone in India, dubbed Sony Xperia XZ. This new smartphone comes with 23MP rear camera with triple image sensing technology and also this is the world’s first smartphone coming with 5 axis video stabilization.

The device flaunts 5.2″ Full HD resolution with Gorilla Glass 4 protection and comes with a metal build. This Flagship is powered by snapdragon 820 processor and arrives in 3GB RAM with 64GB storage with additional sd card support up to 256GB. This device comes with a fingerprint sensor embedded into power button as we have seen in Nextbit Robin in past.

The camera on the rear is a 23MP shooter with laser Autofocus, RGB-IR sensor,5x Clear Image Zoom. The front houses a 13MP wide angle sensor with f/2.0 aperture. To power all the internals it packs a pretty average 2900mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0 support. It is running on Marshmallow and is expected to get Nougat soon! The device is 8.1mm thick and weighs 161grams.

Other features include 4G, VoLTE,VoWiFi, GPS, BT, NFC and USB Type-C port. Also like many other Sony Flagship’s this also comes with IP 65/68 rating, meaning it can take a water splash in some occasion. In the box the device Quick Charge UCH 12 chargers which claim usage of 5.5hrs 10mins. Xperia XZ comes with S-Force Front sound system.

This Sony Xperia XZ will be available for pre-order from Oct 1-10th across all Sony Center and major electronic stores across India at price of INR 51,990. For those who pre-order Sony is giving Sony SmartBand Talk SWR30 worth INR 8990 for free.
