Gionee has updated their S series lineup with addition of Gionee S6 Pro. It packs a 5.5″ Full HD Display IPS 2.5D curved glass display and it is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor. It is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of Amigo OS 3.2. It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) that can focus in just 0.1 seconds and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
This comes with 4GB RAM and comes with 64GB Internal storage Expandable up to 128GB. To power all these S6Pro comes with 3130mAh battery, It houses Fingerprint scanner on the front along with Home button.
Gionee also introduced a new VR headset and Split Screen which allows the user to watch the video already playing while they receive notifications from messanger apps. For enjoying the best VR experience Gionee provides a whole lot of games in G-Store (VR) along with various videos which promise to transcend the consumers to the virtual world of fun and entertainment.

S6 Pro will be available across India in colour variants of Gold and Rose Gold, at a price of INR 23,999 and the VR Set will be available for INR 2,499. The device will be available for sale starting 1st October 2016 across stores.
