Clubhouse Android hits 1 Million

The clubhouse app made its way to the Android platform on 21st May, and as this was a very long-awaited app, it has got a great response too. Now the Clubhouse Android hits 1 Million Downloads on the Google Play Store, which is not surprising considering there was a lot of hype going around for this app.

The Android app for Clubhouse has crossed one million downloads on the Google Play store after its launch, just a few days back. It’s compatible with devices running Android 8.0 or later. Currently, the users require an invite to get into the app and use it. However, getting an invite may not be that easy as there aren’t a lot of people that may have any invites left now.

It would be very interesting to see Clubhouse take on a lot of platforms that have introduced their versions of audio-only apps. Since the launch of Clubhouse, apps like Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and Twitter have launched their versions of this Audio only platform. This includes Discord Stage ChannelReddit TalkTelegram Voice Chats 2.0, and Twitter Spaces.
