Logitech has inaugurated its first-ever Experience Store in Nehru Place, Delhi. Here, customers would be able to get a better synopsis of the product that they want to purchase. Also, they would receive better services here as compared to the regular store.
Speaking on the launch, Mr. SrinivasRao, Country Head of Logitech India said, “The Logitech experience store launch is a step towards our commitment to the India market where we offer consumers and other retail partners an opportunity to physically experience our products and make an informed purchase decision.” He further added, “Our retail expansion journey will be catapulted with an offline retail store and we endeavor to bring in the best in class products to our users through these expanded channels.”
Talking about the store, it delivers a very premium experience with and there is an enhanced appeal as well and also the engaging model to interact with the customers and other retail partners. It gives an in-depth experience, into a vibrant brand environment.
The store will feature some of the best range of Logitech’s productivity and lifestyle peripherals as well. Additionally, it would also have Logitech G gaming gears, and Blue Microphones for creators.
This exclusive experience store will be divided as per the different product portfolios. This will ensure that users receive a dedicated experience in the right environment. The different zones would represent Logitech’s products focused on gaming, creativity, lifestyle, and productivity. Like, the gaming zone composes the overall ecosystem with the Logitech G headsets, mice, and keyboard that allows the user to play the games and experience the performance of the gears before making a purchase.
