OPPO has launched the Reno 5 Pro in India packing in mid-range specifications. This is the first smartphone in India to feature MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset with integrated 5G support, focus on videography, with the AI Highlight Video as the headliner. There are some other impressive specifications on paper as well including a 65W fast charging solution, a 90Hz OLED display with quad rear cameras comprising of a primary 64-megapixel sensor, and more.
Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G Specifications
The Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G sports a 6.55-inch 90Hz full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 402PPI pixel density and 92.1 per cent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC, coupled with 8/12GB of LPDDR4x RAM. As for the optics, there’s a quad rear camera setup comprising of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, a 2-megapixel macro shooter and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel camera sensor for selfies.
There’s 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage to go with which isn’t expandable via microSD card. Other Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging. Sensors onboard: accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. For biometrics and security, there’s an in-display fingerprint sensor with support for face unlock.
The phone is being powered by a 4,350mAh battery with support for 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 35,990 for the sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and will be available in two colors namely Astral Blue and Starry Black colour options
Oppo Enco X Specifications
The Oppo Enco X, the company’s latest TWS come sound tuned by Nordic acoustics company Dynaudio and pack in the company’s latest DBEE 3.0 Sound System. There’s a coaxial dual-driver design that includes an 11mm moving coil driver and a 6mm plane diaphragm driver in each earpiece. Additionally, there’s support for Low Latency High-Definition Audio Codec (LHDC) to deliver an enhanced wireless audio playback experience along with traditional AAC and SBC codecs.
There’s active noise cancellation on the Enco X which is powered by a dual-core, dual-microphone system and an ultra-wideband technology with two adjustable modes: Max Noise Cancellation Mode and Noise Cancellation Mode. Similar to other TWS with ANC, These new earbuds also include a Transparency Mode to provide awareness of the surrounding environment.
The Enco X feature a speaker sensitivity of 104 decibels at 1kHz, and offer a frequency response range of 20Hz to 20kHz. There’s Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity for as low latency as 47 milliseconds. Moreover, there is a Triple-Microphone Noise Cancellation, to help ensure that voice is transmitted properly in calls, the company said.
As for the battery life, the Enco X earbuds can deliver up to 5.5 hours of music playback on a single charge with ANC enabled. The bundled case can expand the music playback time to up to 20 hours with the Max Noise Cancellation Mode or about 25 hours without the Noise Cancellation Mode. The TWS can be charged via a USB Type-C port for wired charging and supports wireless charging based on Qi standard. Finally, The Oppo Enco X has been priced at Rs. 9,990 and is available in Black and White colour options.
