Vivo is on a launching spree, just after the Vivo V20 Pro, the company has now released a new smartphone: the Vivo Y51 in India. The smartphone features some interesting specifications packing in a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 5,000mAh battery, Snapdragon 665 chipset, and a lot more. Here’s everything you need to know

Vivo Y51 Specifications

The Vivo Y51 sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display with a screen resolution of 1,080×2,408 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card (up to 1TB).

For the optics, there’s a triple camera setup on the back of flaunting a primary 48-megapixel sensor coupled with f/1.79 lens, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide f/2.2 lens, and a 2-megapixel additional shooter with f/2.4 lens. Additionally, The camera app comes with features such as slow-motion recording, super night mode, live photo, AI 48-MP mode, and more. At the front, the phone has a 16-megapixel selfie snapper with an f/2.0 aperture.

Next, the smartphone has a 5,000mAh with 18W fast-charging support. Other connectivity options on the smartphone include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, USB OTG, FM Radio, and more. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics and measures at 163.86×75.32×8.38mm. Sensors onboard include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.

Vivo Y51 Indian Pricing

The all-new Vivo Y51 has been priced in India at Rs. 17,990 for the single variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage facility. It is available in Titanium Sapphire and Crystal Symphony color options. It will be sold on Flipkart, Amazon, and Vivo India e-store. Offers on the smartphone include financing options from Home Credit, Bajaj Finance, IDFC First Bank, HDB Financial Services, and Zest Finance. There’s also Jio benefits worth Rs. 7,000 offered to buyers.
