South Korean smartphone manufacturer LG has unveiled its three new W series smartphones namely the LG W11, W31 / W31+ in India. These new W series smartphones come equipped with improved cameras, a better display, and improved battery life compared to the previous W series devices. These are new budget devices from the brand starting at Rs.9,490 in India.
LG W11 Specifications, Pricing, and Availability
The newly arrived LG W11 features a 6.52-inch 20:9 HD+ FullVision display with a waterdrop notch upfront. While LG has just mentioned that the smartphone is being powered by a 2.0 GHz octa-core chipset, this is probably the Mediatek Helio P22 chipset which appeared previously in the Google Play Console listing. On to the optics, there’s a dual rear camera module comprising of a primary 13-megapixel shooter and a 2-megapixel super wide-angle lens. On the front, there’s the single 8-megapixel shooter housed in the notch. Adding to it, LG has also provided an additional button for Google Assitant.
The phone is being powered by a 4,000mAh battery and runs Stock Android based on Android 10. The phone will be available with 3GB’s of RAM and 32GB’s of storage further expandable up to 512Gb’s of a microSD card. Available in a single MidNight Blue color, the phone has been priced at Rs.9,490 and will be sold in the month of November.
LG W31 / W31+ Specifications, Pricing, and Availability
The LG W31 and the W31+ are quite similar on the spec sheet. Both of them flaunt a 6.52-inch 20:9 HD+ FullVision display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the same Mediatek Helio P22 chipset as seen on the LG W11. As for the cameras, both the W31 and the W31 have the same primary 13-megapixel shooter a 5-megapixel super wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Flip the phone upside down and one would find the single 8-megapixel shooter. Adding to it, LG has also provided an additional button for Google Assitant and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Similar to the W11, the smartphones are being powered by a 4,000mAh battery and run Stock Android based on Android 10. However, instead of 3GB’s of RAM, The W31 will be available with 4GB’s of RAM and 64GB’s of storage while the W31+ will be available with 4GB’s of RAM and 128GB of internal memory, both of which is further expandable up to 512GB using a microSD card. Available in a single MidNight Blue color, the W31 will be sold for Rs.10,990 while the W31 has been priced at s.11,990 and will go on sale in the month of November.
