Xiaomi India has been identified as a true leader across the values of GPTW – High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™. Xiaomi India has attained this certification basis the empowering work culture it has built for its employees and extended Xiaomi family.
More than 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries partner with Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture and less than 40% of companies in India get certified. The survey is conducted based on random sample selection and is completely anonymous. Great Place to Work® Certification is one of the most prestigious achievements for any organization across the globe. For an organization to get certified, 70% or more of its employee respondents should rate the organization as a great workplace.
