Google Nest Mini

Google has announced a new nest smart device in India, the Google Nest Mini. The Google Nest Mini was announced alongside the Google Pixel 4/4 XL last month. Nest Mini is the successor to Google Home Mini, which has been re-engineered with Google Assistant to make everything users love about the original, even better. Apart from having the same design, the Nest mini comes with the wall mounting capabilities that will help users incorporate the device creatively in home decor and save precious counter and shelf space.

As we already know that Google moved all the smart home devices under the Nest branding last year.  The Google Nest Mini is powered by Google Assistant, it can give answers to your questions, plan for an event, play music, control your smart home devices like a light, camera, fan, etc. Also, it comes with Bluetooth support and can Play music by wither casting from music apps like Play Music, Spotify, and others or can play via Bluetooth.

Further, Nest Mini provides bass that’s twice as strong as the original Google Home Mini. Google’s expert audio engineers developed proprietary audio tuning software, allowing users to get the most out of the hardware. Powered by full, clear and natural sound at every volume level, the Nest Mini delivers to listeners quality music, authentic to the artist’s version.

The new Nest Mini brings improved ability to operate in noisy environments. The Assistant automatically modulates the output sound according to the background noise in the room. It also senses proximity to light up the LED as soon as the user’s hand gets close to the device; guiding where to tap and adjust the volume.

The new Google Duo functionality on all Google Home and Nest speakers also allows users to stay connected to their family members at all times. One can call their devices from the Google Home app, using the intercom feature to talk from device to device, or even call someone on the other side of the world, for free.

Pricing and Availability

Nest Mini is available in India in two colors—Chalk, and Charcoal and is now available for INR 4,499 on Flipkart. It’s covered in a custom, durable fabric top made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, and the external enclosure is made from at least 35% post-consumer recycled plastic.
