Along with the launch of new iPad 7th gen, Apple Watch Series 5, Apple TV+, and iPhone 11 Apple announced two more smartphones, Apple iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. These new iPhones come with a new Super Retina XDR display, the brightest display ever in an iPhone, A13 Bionic chip, and a new triple-camera system. They are running on iOS 13 which brings a lot of new features like Dark Mode, Advanced Photo and Camera Features, Sign In with Apple, and more.
The iPhone 11 Pro comes with a 5.8‑inch(2436×1125-pixel) OLED Super Retina XDR display with HDR support with 800 nits max brightness while the iPhone 11 Pro Max comes with a much bigger 6.5‑inch(2688×1242-pixel) OLED Super Retina XDR display with HDRand 800 nits max brightness. Under the hood, both iPhones are by the latest A13 Bionic chipset that is up to 20 percent faster CPU and GPU than A12. A13 Bionic is built for machine learning, with a faster Neural Engine for real-time photo and video analysis, and new Machine Learning Accelerators that allow the CPU to deliver more than 1 trillion operations per second. Built for efficiency, the A13 Bionic also enables great all-day battery life. The iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max come in three storage options – 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
On the camera front, they both share a similar set of features with a 12MP triple rear cameras. The primary 12MP with 26mm f/1.8, OIS, and 100% focus pixel, the secondary 12MP with 52mm f/2.0 lens, OIS, and focus pixel, and a 12MP ultra-wide f/2.4 lens with 13mm lens, 120-degree FoV. The rear camera features include 2x optical zoom in, 10x digital zoom, Portrait mode, Portrait Lighting with six effects, Five‑element lens (Ultra Wide); six-element lens (Wide and Telephoto), Panorama (up to 63MP), Night mode, Smart HDR for photos, Wide colour capture for photos and Live Photos, Advanced red‑eye correction, Photo geotagging, Auto image stabilization, and Burst mode.
Over at the front, there is a 12MP shooter with ƒ/2.2 aperture. The front camera features include Portrait mode, Portrait Lighting with six effects, Animoji and Memoji, 4K video recording at 24 fps, 30 fps or 60 fps, 1080p HD video recording at 30 fps or 60 fps, Slow-motion video support for 1080p at 120 fps, Smart HDR, Extended dynamic range for video at 30 fps, Cinematic video stabilisation (4K, 1080p and 720p).
