Amazon today announced that Alexa customers in India can now choose from over 30,000 skills offered by top brands and developers. The Alexa Skills Store in India features skills across categories like Astrology, Bollywood, Cricket, Devotion, Entertainment, Education, Food & Recipes, Homes Services, Kids, among others.
Alexa is always getting smarter and developers continue to make this experience relevant for the users by building India specific skills. These include Sadhguru, Art of Living, Sanjeev Kapoor recipes, Ganesha Speaks and Bollywood Quizzes to name a few. Devotion skills like Hanuman Chalisa, Gayatri Mantra, Sai Darshan and music skills like All India Radio continue to retain and attract new customers. Alexa remains popular among kids with skills like Wild Planet, ChuChu TV, Hello Rhymes, and Bedtime Stories.
