Honor has introduced Red Edition Honor 8X in India today. The Honor 8X was launched back in October 2018 and was available in Black and Blue color options. The Honor 8X Red variant will go on sale starting tomorrow on Amazon as well as Honor e-store. Also, Honor 8X 6GB+128GB in both blue and black color will go on sale starting tomorrow.
The Honor 8X sports a 6.95-inch display up front with Full HD+ (2340*1080 pixels) and 2.5D curved glass and also as a 2018 standard smartphone it also features a notch up top and 91% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by the in-house Kirin 710 Octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz and ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. Honor 8X comes in three variants- one with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, 6GB RAMwith 64GB storage, and the top-end with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage with microSD card support up to 256GB. It is running on EMUI 8.2 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo and is packed with 3750mAH battery and micro USB port for charging. 
At the rear, the Honor 8X sports a dual 20MP+2MP AI-powered camera setup with LED flash, the AI scene recognition can identify up to 500 scenes, the secondary 2MP sensor is used to capture the depth information in the portrait shots. At the front, it houses a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls. The fingerprint scanner is located at the rear of the device. Other features of the device include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS / GLONASS.
The Honor 8X – 4GB+64GB is priced at INR 14,999, the 6GB+64GB variant will cost INR 16,999 and the top variant with 6GB RAM+128GB storage will be available for INR 18,999.
