Asus Zenfone Lite(L1) and ZenFone Max (M1)

Asus made a great comeback to the Indian smartphone with the launch of two new smartphones under their Zenfone this year- the Zenfone Max Pro(M1) which is a midrange device and the Zenfone 5Z which is their flagship smartphone. Now, the company had announced two new budget smartphones- the Asus Zenfone Lite(L1) and Asus Zenfone Maz(M1) which is all set to take on the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, Realme 2.

Both the smartphones pack in a 5.45-inch full-view HD+ (720 x 1440) 18:9 2.5D IPS FullView display with 82% Screen-to-body ratio and metallic finish. They are powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor clocked at 1.4Ghz, Adreno 505 and is packed comes in 2GB+16GB(Lite) and 3GB+32GB(Max) configurations with microSD support up to 256GB. They both are running on the Zen UI 5.0 on top of Android 8.0 Oreo.

In the camera department, these smartphones come with a 13MP rear camera with 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture, 1.12um pixel size, 0.03s PDAF, LED Flash and support Auto, Beauty, Pro, Panorama, Time Lapse, Portrait, and HDR modes. At the front, the Asus Zenfone Lite(L1) comes with a 5MP front camera with 3P Lens, f/2.4 aperture, 1.12um pixel size, LED Flash and the Asus Zenfone Max(M1) comes with an 8MP front camera with 4P Lens, f/2.0 aperture, 1.12um pixel size, LED Flash. They come with support for different modes like Auto, Beauty, Portrait, HDR. The Zenfone Lite(L1) comes with face unlock feature and the Zenfone Max(M1) comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as face unlock feature.
