Uber has launched Gift Card in India today, the Uber Card is redeemable across Uber and Uber Eats, and available on Paytm and other online platforms. The Uber Gift Card is a unique initiative for India, which is perfectly timed for the upcoming festive season.
Uber has enlisted Qwikcilver as the official issuer for Gift cards. Uber users can now gift their friends and families the joy of getting a ride or enjoying a delicious meal, anytime, anywhere with just a tap of a button. This also makes for a corporate gifting option, with companies choosing the Uber Gift Card as a unique employee gifting option, or corporate rewards and recognition program. Here’s how it works:
Uber Gift Cards can currently be bought online on:
- Paytm
- Woohoo
To Redeem Uber Gift Cards:
- Go to the Payment section in the Uber rides app
- Tap ‘Add Payment Method’ and select Gift Card
- Enter Gift Code
- You can now see Uber credits added to your account
The Uber Gift Card is now available starting at INR 500 and goes up to INR 10,000.
