Nokia 5.1 Plus

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, today announced the availability of the Nokia 5.1 Plus in India. The Nokia 5.1 Plus will be available in the country for the price of INR 10,999 from 1st October 2018 exclusively on Nokia site and Flipkart. The phone is available for pre-booking on Nokia.com/phones or notify-me on Flipkart now.

The Nokia 5.1 Plus packs in a 5.8-inch (720×1520 pixels) HD+ 2.5D curved glass edge-to-edge notch equipped display with 19:9 aspect ratio, it is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor clocked at 2GHz. The device features 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with microSD card support up to 400GB. It is packed with a 3060mAh and is running on Android 8.1 Oreo with Android Pie update guaranteed. It is part of Google’s Android One project and it will be one of the first few in the queue to get the latest version of Android at least for next couple of years.

In the camera department, the Nokia5.1 Plus comes with a 13MP+5MP dual rear camera setup with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and at the front there is an 8MP camera for AI-powered selfies with f/2.2 aperture and 80.4-degree wide-angle. The fingerprint scanner is located at the rear of the device. Other features include 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C port. Nokia 5.1 Plus has a sturdy metal structure, quality tested in extreme temperatures and drop tested to ensure that it meets the exacting quality standards of a Nokia phone, added the company.
