Fossil Q Venture HR and Fossil Q Explorist HR

Fossil has announced its fourth generation of smartwatches under its Fossil Q lineup. The latest Fossil Q Venture HR and Fossil Q Explorist HR come with several new technology features, beautiful designs, and styles. These smartwatches are powered by Google’s WearOS, which was earlier names at Android Wear.

The Smartwatches come with a touchscreen display upfront, they are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor. The sensors and connectivity options on the watches include Heart Rate, NFC, GPS, Altimeter, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Ambient Light, Microphone. They are compatible with iOS 9.3+ and Android 4.4+ and connects via Bluetooth. NFC prevents users from having to pull out their card every time they need to complete a transaction. With a few taps, your card is ready on the watch to streamline any checkout experience.Fossil Q Venture HR and Fossil Q Explorist HR Further, they come with Stainless steel case (Q Venture HR: 40mm, Q Explorist HR: 45mm) and offer up to 24 hours of battery life (based on usage). They charge via magnetic charger and come with interchangeable straps and bracelets (Q Venture HR: 18mm / Q Explorist HR: 22mm).

New GPS capabilities allow the users track walks, and runs, hikes, bike rides, and more via Google Fit and third-party fitness apps without having to bring your phone along. The watch will automatically map and track your location and distance during logged workouts. With the added swim proof functionality, users can track swim workouts, hanging poolside or hop in the shower without risk of damaging their smartwatch.

Pricing and Availability

The Fossil Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR will be available in India by the end of October 2018, they will retail starting at INR 19,995 and ranges to INR  21,995.
