Asus Zenfone 5Z with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage to be available from July 30 for INR 36,999

Asus had unveiled their flagship smartphone series, Asus Zenfone 5Z in India earlier this month in New Delhi. The Asus Zenfone 5Z was showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2018 along with the Asus Zenfone 5. The 6GB+64GB variant and the 6GB+128GB variant went on sale on July 9th and today, the company has announced the availability of the top end, 8GB+256GB Asus Zenfone 5Z in India.

The Asus Zenfone 5Z with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage will be available from July 30th exclusively on Flipkart for INR 36,999. The smartphone comes with a 6.2-inch Full HD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass IPS notch equipped display. It is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and Adreno 630 GPU. It is running on Android 8.0 Oreo with ZenUI 5.0. It packs in a 3300mAh battery with ASUS BoostMaster fast charging and AI charging. In the camera department, it sports a 12MP+8MP dual AI rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX363 sensor, 1.4μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, OIS/EIS, Pro mode with RAW support, the secondary 8MP camera comes with f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 120-degree wide-angle lens. AI scene detection will detect 16 types of scenes automatically. There is an 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 83-degree wide-angle lens for better selfies. Also, the front camera supports portrait and Selfie panorama features. The fingerprint scanner is placed at the rear of the device and there is also a face unlock feature built-in which can also unlock the apps. In the box, the device will pack in a mobile case, a Hi-Res Audio earphone, and Quick charge Type-C bundle.
