Vivo has announced a new budget smartphone in India with the launch of Vivo Y53i. The smartphone comes with face unlock feature that unlocks the device instantly and also comes with an Ultra HD technology that shoots several consecutive images and combines them to render clear and detailed photos with a resolution of up to 32MP. The Vivo Y53i is priced at INR 7,990 an is available in Crown Gold and Matte Black color across all offline stores.The Vivo Y53i  houses a 5-inch display, it is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 425 processor clocked at 1.4GHz and Adreno 308 GPU. It features 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, with microSD card support up to 256GB. The device is packed with a 2500mAh battery and is running on custom Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In the camera department, there is an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture and 5MP front-facing camera, f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera shoots several consecutive images and combines them to render clear and detailed photos with a resolution of up to 32MP. The smartphone comes with a Screen Flash that provides bright and detailed selfies in low-light conditions. Other features of the device include Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS.
