Vivo V7 Plus

Vivo, the smartphone maker that has changed the way we take selfies have launched yet another Selfie-focussed smartphone in India. The Vivo V7 Plus is the company’s new flagship that comes with a 24MP camera at the front and an 18:9 aspect ratio almost bezel-less display, which they call as the FullView Display.

The Vivo V7 Plus comes with a 5.99-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) 18:9 FullView 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and has an 84.4% screen-to-body ratio. This is the first bezel less FullView Display smartphone from the company and it’s good to see Vivo taking the lead amongst Chinese smartphone makers. The V7 and V7 Plus also become the first Vivo smartphones to offer Facial Unlocking apart from the industry standard Password, Pattern, and Fingerprint sensor security.

The device is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 450, 14nm SoC clocked at 1.8GHz and is coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. The device is equipped with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage with expandable memory up to 256GB with a microSD card. It runs on Funtouch OS 3.2 based on Android Nougat 7.1.2 and comes with a 3225mAh battery. The Qualcomm spokesperson quoted that he is thankful to partners like Vivo that make them challenge the limit.

The 14nm, Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 is highly power efficient processor and Vivo V7 is one of the first smartphone’s to get it. Vivo V7 PlusThe main attractive feature of the device is its front camera which is a 24MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.0 aperture and Moonlight flash, Face Beauty 7.0 and Portrait mode, which gives bokeh effect to the pictures. The fingerprint scanner is located at the rear of the device. Other features of the device include a dedicated AK4376A Hi-Fi audio chip, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS.

The Vivo V7+ will be available in Champagne Gold and Matte Black colors for the price of INR 21,990 and will be available for pre-order from September 7th till 14th from Amazon.in, Flipkart and also in retail stores and goes on sale from September 15th.
