Sony has announced a new flagship smartphone in India today dubbed as Sony Xperia XZ1. The Sony Xperia XZ1 is the first smartphone to come with the latest Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. It is competitively priced at INR 44,990 and is available on across India starting from today in Moonlit Blue, Venus Pink, and Warm Silver colors.
The smartphone comes with a 5.2-inch HDR TRILUMINOS Display with X-Reality and is covered by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by the Qualcomm’s latest Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 SoC and is coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. It is equipped with 4GB RAM and comes with 64GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 256GB. As said before, it is running on Android 8.0 Oreo and is packed with a 2700mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging. 
The Xperia XZ1 sports a 19MP rear camera with Exmos RS sensor, 1/2.3″ sensor, f/2.0 lens, Predictive capture, 5-axis stabilization, 960fps slow-motion video, 4K video recording. It comes with a 13MP selfie camera, 1/3″ Exmor RS sensor, 22mm wide-angle f/2.0 lens, Full-HD video recording. The rear 19MP camera comes with Predictive Capture, Triple image sensing technology and 3D creator app that lets you capture in 3D and turn people and objects into high-resolution 3D avatars. The fingerprint scanner is embedded into the power button on the right side of the device. Other features of the device include Digital Noise Cancelling, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.1 Type-C. The smartphone is also IP65/IP68 Water and Dust Resistant rated.
