Indus OS announced its partnership with Intex Technologies, with this partnership, Intex will be strengthening its regional push to tap the fast growing regional language consumers and launch Indus OS powered smartphones soon.

The Indus keyboard is a pioneer in regional keyboards. It was the first keyboard of the country to have the natural ordering of the alphabet, allowing early smartphone users to type with ease and familiarity. It also offers the auto-correction and the patented matra-prediction features in 12 languages. It is a Hybrid Keyboard which allows users to type in a mix of English and regional language using just the English keyboard. In addition, it has its own regional app marketplace for content, App Bazaar, available in 12 languages.

Indus OS has also collaborated with the Govt. of India’s Department of Electronics and IT (DeitY) to introduce OS integrated text-to-speech technology in regional languages.

The company has recently been felicitated with “India’s most trusted brands award 2016” under the mobile category by IBC InfoMedia, India’s Most Trusted Brand Awards is a concept developed by IBC INFOMEDIA PVT LTD.  The Awards are a distinctive recognition for a brand recognized as a leader in its industry category based on current year market standing. Its evaluation process is based on a nationwide quantitative qualified consumer survey, expert analysis and attributes based qualitative brand research.
