Bangalore-based Smartphone startup CREO today has announced its Monthly update to its own Android Lollipop based Operating System  FUEL OS.With the latest update, FUEL OS users can now seamlessly transfer files between their FUEL OS mobile device to their PC / Laptop. While CREO has already empowered the FUEL OS users with Echo in the past and even made it super convenient for them.

The September update also offers many bug fixes in addition to minor improvements to make a major usage impact. Some improvements on network stabilizations enable slightly faster data speeds. To update FUEL OS, users will have to open the ReFuel app on CREO Mark 1, then tap on the top left menu followed by the ‘Updates Tab’. The update process will start once users click on ‘Check for updates’ on the Updates screen.Creo update

  • File Backup

The Fuel PC-Connect offers an easy File Backup – a one-click desktop suite to backup photos, videos,                               music and downloads from Fuel OS device Mark 1 onto the desktop. It is a very handy feature for the                               millennials who love to capture and save their memories in the form of videos and pictures.

  • Quick Push
    Users can easily drag and drop files across laptop/desktop and Fuel OS device Mark 1. From photos to music to PDFs to APK files, all media can be easily transferred by an easy drag-drop mechanism, keeping things accessible. This is a feature similar to AirPush in iOS.

  • File Explorer
    With File Explorer, users can easily browse files saved on their smartphone/ SD card from their PC. They can be connected to the Laptop / PC over a USB connection or even Wi-Fi.The users can seamlessly transfer data by using a wired (USB enabled) or wireless (Wi-Fi enabled) connection.

The PC-Connect will support devices running on OS X (Yosemite onwards) and Windows (7 onwards) for both 32 and 64 bit systems.

The smartphone is now not available on their own website or on Flipkart. Here are the specs of the smartphone. It comes with a 5.5″ QHD(2k) display, 1.95Ghz True Octa-core Helio X10 Soc,3GB RAM, 32 GB Internal storage, MicroSD card slot. Mark 1 sports a 21MP Sony IMX 230 sensor(4K videos and Slow-Mo videos in 120fps in FHD resolution). There is an  8MP camera on the front. It comes with a 3100mAh battery with quick charge feature. The device is a Dual sim, supporting all 4G bands in India. The device runs on FuelOS which is built on top of Android Lollipop.
