Indian Brand Micromax has taken a really interesting step, by providing On-Spot Service or Replacement Warranty for Canvas Unite 4 Plus. The Canvas Unite 4 Plus is a part of Micromax’s most popular and largest Unite smartphone series that has sold over 2.5 million handsets till date.
Micromax says “Over past one year they have seen 25% decline in service calls in this period”. Now Micromax has further strengthened its customer service capability by promising a reliable and hassle-free experience with its new on-spot service promise or replacement warranty.
Micromax has been investing in achieving service excellence and has over 800 service centres across 600 cities.
