The company also announced the appointment of Varun Sharma as the Chief Executive Officer who will be looking after the India operations. As part of its commitment to ‘Make in India’ campaign, Coolpad Dazen is soon to set up a R&D centre and manufacturing unit in India.

Prior to joining Coolpad Dazen, Varun was Director at Flipkart and led Flipkart’s strategic global partnerships. He has several years of experience in leading and building brands for P&G in India and South East Asia. Varun is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta.
