UC Browser announces the release of  ‘My Video Manager’, a value-added feature for mobile videos. This move is marked to address UCWeb users’ strong demand for an engaging mobile video experience.

A recent survey by ABI Research states that mobile video made up about 20% of total views in 2013 and is expected to double over the next five years. Further, a report by Statista  states that 84.1% of Indian internet users watch video content via the mobile, emphasizing on the increasing demand and quality of mobile video content whether for entertainment, relaxation or general curiosity.

The all new ‘My Video Manager’ feature which can be installed in the menu button with just a single click, allows the user to view videos under five sections: Watching History, Downloaded, Downloading, Local Videos and Download Path.

The section, Watching History shows a time-based list of videos that viewers watched in the past. Both Downloaded and Downloading sections help viewers better arrange their videos to watch later. More importantly, optimizing the cache of mobile videos and intensifying the download feature would definitely be favorable to viewers.
