We at Airtel continue to work round the clock with local authorities and DoT to restore connectivity across the affected areas.

Some of the initiatives and key restoration work undertaken in the last 24 hours include:

Free Talk Time worth 10 minutes local calling will be credited to all Airtel mobile customers in the affected areas. 

We have started Advance Talktime facility where customers can get talktime upto Rs. 50 by dialing 52141

Parallely our teams are working towards setting up PCO’s at relief camps:
  • Mobile phone charging stations are being made available at tower sites restored. This will help people recharge their handsets, specifically in areas suffering with an electricity outage
  • No barring or suspension of services to customers in the affected areas.
