Samsung Galaxy S5 Black

One of our reader wrote to us that Samsung India is asking him to take back his pre-booking amount or settle for a white Samsung Galaxy S5 in lieu of the S5 black he pre-booked. We tried getting to get in touch with Samsung officials but there has been no confirmation for the same.

Our reader, Ankit had pre-booked a black Samsung Galaxy S5 on 5th of April 2014 and got a confirmation receipt.

But yesterday he got a call that the black device is not available and he can either take his money back or live with a white S5. He blatantly refused both the offers and said he wants a black S5 only. The reason for him to opt for a black Samsung device this time is because his experience with his white Galaxy Note 3 hasn’t been pretty good due to the dust and pollution.

Today again he was called by the store in Saket, Delhi to take his money back or the white Galaxy S5. And he was also informed that if he doesn’t make up his mind by tomorrow, he would not be eligible for the cash back offer he is getting from Citibank. Worst case scenario he would also loose on his pre-booking amount he has already paid.

We at ‘The Unbiased Blog’ are trying to reach Samsung India to come out and help our reader Ankit. We would also request Samsung India officials to clear the air about the availability and inform the prospective Galaxy S5  buyers about it.
